At FCA’s 21st Annual Supplier Diversity Matchmaker, Ryan Industries received an award as the MOPAR supplier best demonstrating leadership, passion and commitment to building a robust supplier diversity program.
In February, Brenda Ryan was honored to receive a “2014 Women in STEP Award” from The Manufacturing Institute in ceremonies held in Washington, DC. “STEP” is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Production and the Honorees are recognized for demonstrating excellence and leadership in their careers.
Brenda Ryan was honored to deliver the keynote speech at the annual FABTECH convention held in Chicago in November 2013. The convention was comprised of 35,000 attendees and 1500 exhibitors.
Brenda Ryan was honored by The Society of Manufacturing Engineers with an article in their monthly publication profiling her two businesses, her engineering background and credentials, as well as her application of the principle of engineering to her businesses.
At the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s annual awards dinner, held in NYC in May 2013, Ryan Industries was honored to be awarded recognition as Chrysler’s 2013 “Success Story”.

Ryan Industries, located in Wixom, Michigan, was honored to be awarded the 2011 Diversity Supplier Development Supplier of the Year Award at Chrysler Group LLC’s Supplier Awards Event held June 28, 2011.
Ryan Industries was one of 11 recipients of a Supplier of the Year Award. “Obviously, this recognition is a huge honor for us, and we are very pleased to be a small part of Chrysler’s growing success story,” said Brenda Ryan, owner and president of Ryan Industries. “We are extremely proud of our longtime relationship with Chrysler, and we appreciate every opportunity that allows us to expand that relationship.”Ryan Industries provides warehousing, distribution, kitting and light assembly operations for a variety of customers within and outside the automotive industry. Ryan Industries recently celebrated its 16th year of service to Chrysler as a Tier I Supplier.
The company is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC) and a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
